A customer is looking at migrating their on premise servers to a hosted cloud environment.  They will use O365 E1 for emails but if we wanted to install Exchange for management roles (no emails accounts stored on this), are we able to use the free Exchange license for hybrid use from O365 or do we still require an Exchange SALs?
