UNCOVERING THE COMPLEXITY OF THE MICROSOFT SPLA PROGRAM

We are putting together a solution for a customer, which will have dedicated compute and dedicated storage, but possibly connected to a shared network (separate VLANs to isolate customer). Does this scenario mean we can allow the customer to bring their own licensing as it’s a dedicated environment, or because there are physically shared (non-dedicated) switches, we will have to either use SPLA licensing or supply dedicated switches
