UNCOVERING THE COMPLEXITY OF THE MICROSOFT SPLA PROGRAM

I have a Sharepoint 2013 server and access cals licensed through a Select contract. I need to provisionally acquire some licenses for some users and I would like to know if in this case I could use SPLA and / or CSP licensing. I would not like to include these licenses in my current Select agreement.
