Hi guys,
I thought for many years that ISV SQL Server licenses weren’t allowed on shared physical server even embedded in a dedicated VM. And as there is no Software Assurance authorized with such a license, License Mobility is a no-way.
After a deep reading of the ISV License SQL Server Standard Runtime, I can’t find any terms that restrict rights to install ISV license on a shared server.
What do you think ?
