UNCOVERING THE COMPLEXITY OF THE MICROSOFT SPLA PROGRAM
clarification on O365 SSPR licensing question › Category: Questions › clarification on O365 SSPR licensing question

hi all,
I’m after some clarification on the following Microsoft article.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/concept-sspr-licensing
To my mind (and a number of my colleagues), this article seems to imply that an O365 tenant only requires 1 assigned AD-Prem license to make use of SSPR on all of the accounts in the tenant – including those that are synced with AADConnect.
Can anybody confirm this or provide some other document from MS that is more specific on this topic please?
